Transformational Justice Services

Implementation, and Validation.

First Fairfield Associates
Affordable Housing Project

First Fairfield Associates and its local partner Jason Letts received its final approval from D.E.C. on April 12, 2021 for the property in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. It is a brownfield cleanup site, with a D.E.C. approved Remedial Work Plan. This was the culmination of a ten year process, which First Fairfield began in 2013. We are now in discussions with prominent non-profit housing organizations known for their housing solutions on state and national levels to embark on a joint venture to develop the site as a public/private partnership for affordable housing/mixed income project in the urban core of downtown Saratoga Springs

Also providing financial assistance to justice impacted people and their families. Also we provide qualified counsel to help navigate the criminal justice system

I want everybody to know it did not cost the sheriff’s office (Edgecombe County) one penny. All we had to do was open the doors and let you come in to do what you do.

Putnam Place is a welcome addition to Saratoga Springs’ vibrant downtown. It will provide a needed residential option for dozens of working individuals and families who have found it difficult to meet the market prices in our gentrified community. Mr. Zarro’s leadership in bringing this project to fruition can not be underestimated. The site had been an environmental “brownfield” for decades. His team of investors and experts cleaned it up, and worked assiduously to design and gain approval for a complex that will complement the historic neighborhood while meeting the needs of our workforce. Our city is truly thankful for the mission that the sponsors of Putnam Place have undertaken.

Saratoga Springs Community leader

Having you guys has given me hope when I lost it. I felt like I lost all hope. Frank has been phenomenal. Angelique ( of the legal department) knocks it out of the park. She does not sugar coat anything. She says it just like it is. I love that. This program means the world to me.

Jeena Cherry

Just when you thought there was no hope, here comes WPW helping people that nobody wants to look at. Thank you.

Kathy Liverston

I think this is a good program that is helping a lot of people who don’t know what direction to go in to get services. We are glad to be one of WPW’s community partners.

Founder of Total Impace Ministries

When you come home from prison, the community does not give you the opportunity to rebuild your life. You can’t get a job. You can’t have food stamps. People won’t rent to you. Everybody needs a job, food and a place to live When People Work is just what is needed here and everywhere. That is the bridge to becoming a contributing citizen
